HairAddition.com, we stand behind the products that we sell. We have almost 20 years of wig industry knowledge and experience. Our goal is to provide a satisfying experience for our most valued asset - our customers.
That's why we're available to assist you by phone and email to ensure you are satisfied the first time, every time. We also suggest you read our
guidance on choosing wigs to help ensure a satisfying purchase.
However, even with the best of efforts, occasionally a wig does not work. In those cases, we will always work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Our specific policies regarding shipping, payment, warranties, and exchanges are detailed below.
Although we do our best to maintain consistent procedures in our business, we do, however, reserve the right to amend or change our policies without notice.

We accept all major forms of credit cards, such as VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER, as well as
cashier's checks and
money orders. We do
not accept, however, cash or personal checks.

EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange your products with any brands or any items you wish. You don't have to limit yourself to a certain brand. with the exception of Human Hair products which may not be returned.
A restocking charge is required because we do not resell the returned items at a clearance due to hygienic reasons. Because wigs are so personal and contact your skin, we do not want our customers to receive products that other people may possibly have worn.
REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Request for exchange Merchandise Authorization number must be sent via e-mail to

0988). You will receive via e-mail an RMA and return address to send your exchange. Do not send your exchange item without a RMA on the
outside of the
SHIPPING BOX (
not on the outside of the merchandise box). Without an RMA on the outside of the box, your package will not be accepted. On a sheet of paper inside your package, please list the following:
1. Your
full name
2. The
reason and the exchange item's brand
name,
item number,
size, and
color
3. Your mailing address and phone number
Only one (1) exchange is allowed per item. All returning/exchange merchandise must be postmarked within seven (7) days of RMA issuance.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE
Repack the item. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per item. A request for a return authorization number (RMA) must be made by e-mail to

0988). You will then be provided an RMA - please write the RMA number on the
outside of the
SHIPPING BOX (
not on the outside of the merchandise box). Do not send back your merchandise without writing this number on the box - or it will be refused and sent back to you (shipping charges will also be applied). On a sheet of paper inside the package, please list the following:

CONDITIONS for EXCHANGES
- ALL return items must be in their original condition.
- RETURNED items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged and not combed out
- ALL tags and packaging must be attached and included
- We do not offer cash refunds; however we do offer exchanges and/or company credit
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you believe that the item has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us within the 14 days from ship date for an RMA. If upon inspection no defect is found, we will, at customer's request and expense, return the item to you. If no request has been made, we will process the item as a return. If a defect is found, we will replace the item for the same brand, style, and color at no cost.
- UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS: Any item(s) sent back to HairAddition.com without an RMA and not having a proper return address, or having previously been refused, etc., will become the property of HairAddition.com and no credit for such a return will be issued or allowed to the customer. The item(s) will be donated directly to charity.
FEES for EXCHANGES
- A restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item OR $20, whichever amount is greater (plus shipping)

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Orders cancelled after the 24-hour period will be charged a flat rate of
$25 for all cancelled orders.
NOTE: Wig Pro orders must be cancelled by
3:00 PM (Pacific Time or
6:00 PM Eastern) the day the item is ordered.
If your order has already been shipped, there will then be a flat fee of
$35 per item, plus the cost of shipping and handling. You will be charged if your order is returned to us because of a false or fictitious address or is refused upon delivery. Please be sure to double check your address and order before clicking on the submit button.
No cash refunds will be issued. However, if you use a credit card for payment, we will be happy to credit your merchant provider for the amount agreed upon.

BACK ORDERS
If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as we receive it. If you don't receive it in a mutually-prediscussed timeframe, please let us know! Contact us at
info@HairAddition.com immediately. Cancellations on back orders will not be assessed a restocking fee.
