RETURN POLICY

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS.

At HairAddition.com we take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you without delay to exchange your item.

Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for return and exchange:
   A) Custom Wigs, Clearance or Discontinued Items, Accessories, Care Products
   B) Items not in the original factory conditions (altered, worn, or damaged)
   C) Items without all original tags and not in original manufacturer's box

Request for exchange of item must be done by e-mail to info@hairaddition.com or by phone within 5 business days of receiving item. Item must be received with 9 business days of receiving your RAC (Return Authorization Code). Your account will be credited and redeemable with your next purchase. This store credit will last as long as your account is in our records.

Color matching is not easy. Therefore, you can exchange your item’s color and a restocking fee of 15% will be waived for the first time only although a handling fee of 5% will apply.

You may exchange your products with any brands or any items you wish. You don't have to limit yourself to a certain brand.

A restocking charge is required for exchange of styles or colors after the first exchange has been made since we do not resell the returned items due to hygienic reasons. A restocking fee of $20 or 15% of the item*, whichever is greater, will be apply and deducted from your store credit.
* Restocking fee may increase to customers who frequently request for exchange.

Please note:
   A) The above regulations do not apply to customers who received incorrect or defective item
   B) The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

HairAddition.com customers please note for shipping returns. Do not send back your merchandise without writing your RAC number on the box. Without an RAC on the outside of the shipping box (not on the package of the wig), your package will not be accepted and sent back to you (shipping charges will also apply).

Before shipping your returning item to us, please follow these instructions for returning merchandise.

1. Place all original contents inside original wig box and put into shipping package.
2. In a separate piece of paper or backside of the invoice, please indicate the reason for exchange.
3. Enclose the above-mentioned documents inside the shipping box.
4. Seal securely with tape and do not forget to put down your RAC on the top of your package.
5. Now you are ready to ship your retuning item!!
