How do I place my order online?

Placing an order at HairAddition.com is easy.  There's no need to create an account first.  You will have done that once you've placed your first order online.  You can also place your order by phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), or 12:00 NOON until 9:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (ET).  If you call after those hours, you will typically reach our voice mail system.  Please leave a detailed message regarding your inquiry/order, and we will call you back the following business day.



How do I search for items that I am interesting in buying?

First you will need to "shop" or "search" for the items you would like to order.  The search box is located at the top right corner of the screen.  Enter the key word or product name and click the 'go' button.  You will see the results in a item list.  When you see an item that interests you, click the name or image of the item to see its detail page.  Here you will find more information about the item, including colors and statistical descriptions.



How do I add items to my shopping cart?

If you want to order an item, first enter the color of the wig that you want.  Then, select the quantity of wigs that you want.  Third, click the button just to the right of the "quantity".  You can then either a) Click the 'Check Out' button at the top of the page, or b) Continue shopping the items you have selected will remain in your cart until you place your order.  You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the left of every page of our website.



How do I complete my order transaction?

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart.  If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, right away, click the "remove" button next to the item name.  The item will be removed from your cart.  When you're ready to place an order for everything in the cart, click the "check out" button at the top of the page.  You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

1) Enter a Billing/Shipping Address
Tell us your billing address & where you would like us to ship your order.  When the form is complete, click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.

2) Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method.  Then click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.

3) Select a Method of Payment
First, confirm that all of the information already entered is correct.  Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order.  We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Check Cards, money order or cashier's check denominated in U.S.  dollars and drawn from a U.S.  bank.  All orders must be prepaid.  If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

4) Submit Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your order.  That's it!




Why do some parts of the website look different?

Thank you for your interest and concern regarding the "look and feel" of our website.  We are in a major transition process right now, as we have recently merged with QualityWigs.com, and are now in the final stages of integrating the two sites together into a larger and more powerful entity.  We are currently doing a complete re-design of the entire HairAddition.com website, one that will be featuring an entirely new 'look and feel', and will be gradually implemented very soon.  At the same time, we have been facelifting some important informational areas of the present site to improve its overall attractiveness and ease-of-use.  We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and hope that you will forgive us during this busy transition period.  We assure you that the customer service department is in full support of your needs, and all concerns and issues are being processed in the same consistent fashion.  In the meantime, we hope that you will "bear" with us for the remaining duration of our remodeling effort - and once again, thank you for being patient with us!
